Pricing:
Summer Season:
June 1st through September 1st:

Only full week rentals are available during summer season. Winter season requires 2 night minimum and 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
Payment Terms:
50% payment needed to book the date. 50% due 2 weeks prior to rental. A $200 security deposit is required. Pets require an additional $150 deposit. The deposit will be returned to you two weeks after your stay provided there is no damage created during your stay.
We accept Paypal, Check or Money order.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel please inform us no later then 30 days prior to your stay. You will receive a refund less a $200 rebooking fee. If you do not give a 30 day cancellation notice then the amount paid will be forfeited.
Check in:
During the summer season (June 1 to September 1) the weekly check in time is 5pm Saturday. Check out time is 12 noon the following Saturday. Weekend check in (September 2- May 31) is Friday at 3pm and check out was Sunday and 12 noon.
Rules:
- No Smoking
- No Indoor Candles
- Please pick up any trash you may leave outside
- Remove any food from the cabinets and refrigerator
- When leaving place trash in the trash can outside the cottage
- Remember to bring your own towels
- All dishes used should be put back in the cabinets where they were found
- If you bring pets, please clean up after them including yard droppings if they use the yard
